Me too, I lost 70 lbs and maintained for almost 3 years then have gained 20 over the last year + and need some tough love with my food choices.

Just finished 21 DF round last week with Autumn Calabrese's FB challenge group. Now doing Chisel from Hammer and Chisel and committing to the containers this time.

I put my name on and will update as I can I am continuing fitness and nutrition and worrying less about the scale since it should go down as I stay consistent with my nutrition. I will update my weight loss, when I jump on the scale, at this point I'm looking at once a month and see how it goes. I love the scale too much…

This is awesome, I won't be checking in as often because I am focusing less on the scale and more on inches, fitness, and nutrition but I will update my weight as when I do get on the scale.

Will weigh in tomorrow and I'm going to have my hubby hid my scale till Christmas while I complete a round of 21 DF. I get too scale obsessed and instead I'm going to focus on nutrition and the workouts.

I am going to leave the group, I have been so tired and busy to get in regular workouts. I was able to workout on Tuesday and Wednesday I am getting 14k steps at work without any type of workout. I think the on demand is worth it bc I love the variety and the DVDs don't last long with lots of use. My DVDs get scratched easily even though I'm the only who uses or handles them.

When I had a zip it was accurately counting steps but when I went to the charge hr it wasn't accurate so I just put it in my pocket and my friends put their hr in their purse.

It's a struggle for most everyone that I've come across. I have a love/hate relationship with TBC. love when it's over, hate it while I'm doing it. I completed the program a few years ago and occasionally add in some of the workouts.

I love cranberry pomegranate green tea from STASH. I have to buy it in the 100 bag box from amazon bc I drink so much. I also like orange spice black tea for when I need a bolder flavor

Have you looked at some old pictures and then pictures from today. When I'm able to look at side by side pics of my progress that is when I really got it of how far I've come.

Depends for me I burn anywhere from 450-650 calories it depends on the instructor. My higher intense instructors push me harder then my Saturday instructor is more laid back lots of fun and just what I need after a long week at work.

700 a year for the whole family (although this yr it was 450 bc my daughter won a year child's membership). I go 3-5 times a week. I have the 21 day fix app and it's nice but since I just stay in my calorie and Marco goal instead of using the containers.

Why deprive yourself up your calories. Most people are at least lightly active vs sedentary which is what gave me a 1200 cals. I changed that real quick.

I'm a preschool teacher and have 3.5 hrs with the kiddos. I'm more interactive with them and love to run and play outside now were I used to just observed before. I spend another 3.5 hrs at my desk entering in observations and writing lesson plans so now I get up every hour or so and walk around the build or block, talking…

+1 And I love zumba try to do 2-3 classes a week. For me it's mental and emotional health plus heart health. Diet and nutrition are the key to weight loss. CICO

I like a cross trainer. My current ones are a nike brand cant remember the model. I see some people in class wear more of a running shoe and i have found i cant use them its hard for me to pivot.
