Reminder - this Saturday is stats day ( or Sunday if you prefer)
Just make sure you do your measurements and weight before Monday ( you don't have to make them public if you don't want to )
I found an app called Fit 25 which fits the program and hold your measurements .

I really want to start and another busy week, next week it is a week for me. So I will make time.

I am going to leave the group, I have been so tired and busy to get in regular workouts. I was able to workout on Tuesday and Wednesday I am getting 14k steps at work without any type of workout. My new hours are making it difficult so I am going to give myself a few more weeks to get into a routine and get my body used to having preschoolers for 6 hrs a day with no nap time and getting up at 5am. I am hoping it will get better and then I can focus on consistent workouts. Right now I am looking at weekends, Monday and Wednesday. I hope to get Tuesday and/or Thursday in the mix. I know that I will always have Friday be a rest day.

Sue , I know what you mean- I've been up and down from London to Nottingham 4 times this week alone ... so i haven't started my self !!!!
