    Reminder - this Saturday is stats day ( or Sunday if you prefer)
    Just make sure you do your measurements and weight before Monday ( you don't have to make them public if you don't want to )
    I found an app called Fit 25 which fits the program and hold your measurements .
    See you over the weekend :-)

    I really want to start and another busy week, next week it is a week for me. So I will make time.

    I am going to leave the group, I have been so tired and busy to get in regular workouts. I was able to workout on Tuesday and Wednesday I am getting 14k steps at work without any type of workout. My new hours are making it difficult so I am going to give myself a few more weeks to get into a routine and get my body used to having preschoolers for 6 hrs a day with no nap time and getting up at 5am. I am hoping it will get better and then I can focus on consistent workouts. Right now I am looking at weekends, Monday and Wednesday. I hope to get Tuesday and/or Thursday in the mix. I know that I will always have Friday be a rest day.

    Sue , I know what you mean- I've been up and down from London to Nottingham 4 times this week alone ... so i haven't started my self !!!!
    Back this week so hoping to put me mind to it starting this Monday

    OK caught up with Friday. Just need to do another cardio tomorrow with Total body... pleased I've made it to week two B)

    Managed to do cardio so just one routine behind. Today is speed 1.0 .. need to do total body work out too.
