Needed to stop as work got in the way back in it today . Will report back later. How are you?0

How about fresh start Monday -I spend all my extra time exercise, now I have healthy eating.
We will just keep going as best as we can.

Okay. .my flat is being decorated at the moment anyway so I can't exercise properly anyway. .just keepin up with my walking and targets for the GoT challenge

I'm behind again..my DVD player is not working so I'll have to start tomorrow. As I did do up to Thursday last week I'm going to do two tomorrow stating from Tuesday.
