. Went swimming as well so feeling good about the week.0 -
It is so hot here you can't get outdoor exercise. So I started my Cardio indoors.So glad I started again. Your day was great, I bet swimming felt good too.1

Had a difficult day today, my grandson did not want to go to Junior Kindergarten, he left crying. Went for a long walk. Back on Go T.0
