Ill go and buy new great fitting bras. outter clothes change with the season and i can deal with a size bigger shorts are like right now because fall is around the corner and who knows what my size will be next spring. But bras dont change with the seasons except for the differing colors i can get them in

Thanks. There are also some things that I modify do to needing low impact. I just wasn't sure whether I NEEDED extreme or just WANTED it. After thinking about the answers to your questions, it is simply that I want it and can wait a bit longer while I go through another round or two.

Love this I love eggs the reason I eat eggs is for the yolk. When I was a kid I would eat just the yolk and my dad would get in me for wasting food.

Also your activity steps for the day will have an affect For example on Saturday when I do a zumba class and not much else even though I hit 10k will be a different calorie adjustment than if I am active all day and hit 10k without exercise

I'm betting you activity level is set to sedentary, which is why you are getting such a huge amount of additional calories. I'm doing a mix of t25, 21 day fix, and piyo. Yesterday I did T25 cardio core. Today was 21 day fix total body circuit and I threw in piyo lower. I haven't done piyo in awhile and forgot how good I feel after all the poses, stretching, and flexibility.

Following my dr recommended DASH due to my slightly high blood pressure. I like that it's just a balance of the food groups. Starting 2nd week and doing well. Can't wait to see how it brings down my BP
