Awesome Tina your inspiring. I've been spuratic on workouts getting over a nasty cold/cough. I need to really get on track with my eating.
-
That's upto you. Anything step based like walks, running, etc I let fitbit do. Weights, etc I usually log. However since getting my charge hr I just let fitbit track it with the workout mode Also there is a fitbit group on here

We have monthly potlucks and Monday is a potluck day. I just take small portions so I can try what I want and then make sure I have some healthy snacks I don't eat store bought things I could try anytime or would normally not eat. I prefer homemade stuff

I tried the reg chocolate a a year ago or so and it was too sweet I thought it was just the chocolate so this time I got the vanilla and still don't care for a full scoop I like a half scoop.

I did day 1 total body and with this cold it was difficult. I will definitely do better next time

I notice when I went from the zip to the charge hr it took several days to become "accurate" with my steps and calorie burn. I take it as a learning curve
-
I had a zip for a year and a half and just upgraded to the charge hr. After about a week I really started to love it bc it took a little time to adjust to my stride and playing with the settings. I've compared it several times with my polar chest hrm and they are really close in calorie burns so it's good enough for me in…

You are a great inspiration, thank you for sharing.

Last night my calorie burn per polar chest hrm was 579 and on my Fitbit charge hr 574. Today my calorie burn was 475 different instructor different intensity. Everything is just an estimate but close enough for me

I owned a zip for almost 2 yrs and just upgraded to the charge hr and while at first I wanted to like it i got hung up on I wasn't getting as many steps as I did with my zip (grocery shopping is the worst) but I love the workout feature, hrm has similar burn as my polar chest strap, and now after a week my steps are…

I love my fitbit had a zip for almost 2 yrs and customer service replaced it 3 times for me cuz I lost it, washed it, then got a defective one. I just upgraded to the charge hr off their limited release and while at first I was unsure if I'd keep it now Ive figured it out and it seems to take about a week to get to know…
-
I also love how motivating it is

I'm having a hard time with this too I have a zip and got the charge hr. There are pros and cons to it for me the charge hr isn't picking up all the steps it should ie grocery shopping only half my steps, zumba picked up less than my zip. However I love the sleep feature, hrm, and overall I'm looking for it to be…

I've have a fitbit zip for almost 2 yrs and just updated to the charge hr. I really like it there are a few differences but I didn't want to change companies since I've had excellent customer service from Fitbit. I use my iPhone to sync mine and it works well

Well I couldn't wait went on Kohl's website and ordered it, even though I was trying to wait for the plum one. I figure if it ends up being that big of deal I can exchange it or sell my black one and get the plum later.

For me going out to eat has been harder because things I used to like I know know and can taste how much sodium is in them. I don't mind splurging but it also needs to taste good/great for me to truly enjoy it.
-
I don't like sugar free so I'll get for instance a chestnut praline venti with 2 pumps instead of 4. Cuts down on the sugar and calories and still gives me the taste I want. Oh and nonfat milk

This year I'm taking the pressure off and just making sure I maintain. If I lose a little great if not I'm okay. I'm eating holiday things I don't get every day and skipping things I can have anytime when it comes to parties etc. example today was my work potluck. I got a sugar high headache from the delicious brownie…

Check this out if it doesn't help contact customer service bc you probably have a defective zip. The battery should last about 6 months http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/My-Zip-s-battery-is-draining-quickly/?l=en_US&p=zip&fs=RelatedArticle

Great job. I need to do another round. You've inspired me to get another round done. Congrats again

I had the same thoughts I really want the plum color so I didn't do the pre-release order. Can't wait for the release.
-
Amazing progress you can see some great changes.
