21 DF Extreme reviews
Hi there I have done 21 DF and was looking at trying extreme I seen I can get the program without the containers since I already have them. I wanted to know what others who have done 21 DFE think of it and if you have done the first one was it worth it to do the extreme one. Thank you for your input.

Okay so I lost 8 lbs, although I was bloated one day one and if you count that I lost 13 but I don't. I lost 2 inches. 1.5 inches off my waist and .5 off my chest. That as much as I thought I would but my flexibility, strength, and balance is much better

5am workout
So I woke up this morning at 5 and was going to go to the gym to get my work out in before it gets to hot in the day and I don't want to leave the house.
