So a year ago I was 227.4 and was getting ready to start T25, I had already lost 25lbs but didn't take pictures to track progress until Aug 5, 2013, so last night at 184 (on the right) I took new pics and I can't believe how far I've come. I've gone from a size 20 jeans to easily putting on 12's (I think I may get brave and try 10's soon) from a 1 or 2x in woman's or 18/20 lane bryant size shorts to a large/xlarge shirt. From a 42DD to a 38C or 36D depending on style. I still have a ways to go but I'm 2/3's of the way through my weight-loss journey and have learned so much.
What have I done? I eat 1800-2000 calories and workout 4-6 days a week. I do Zumba 2-3 days a week love it, I've done T25, charlene extreme, and currently Piyo. I have been lifting some since finding charlene extreme, but did find that since I love Zumba lifting 2 days a week vs 3 works better for me. I eat whatever I want I just make sure it fits within my calorie goal and try to keep my macros in check (protein is still hard for me to get everyday, it's a work in progress).
On the left Aug 2013 227lbs. The right last night 184lbs
Left end of October 2013 216. Right last night 184lbs.
May 2013 240ish
May 2014 194lbs
Thank you MFP I have learned so much for this online support system. When I needed inspiration I came here to see others stories and I hope that I have done the same for someone else.
I have the love and support of my family and friends but it is this community that is going through the same kids of things that I can relate to.

Your an inspiration, keep up the great work!0 -
Thank you everyone. My best advice t to take pictures and measurements. I knew in my head I had lost a lot and went down sizes but sometimes it's hard to process it until you see pictures.0
