On day 7 of insanity here!! Having fun with the workouts they are intense.

I started it last night...insane! The fit test alone burned 300 calories! Im excited to get home and do the first workout! I had to make my own food plan because I have celiac and am gluten free! Hopefully my adjustments work!!

I've adjusted fairly well to not having any bread substitutes. If I want a burger I just eat it without a bun. Udi's French Rolls are the best for a craving!! 9 binge 6 me I just found this post last night and I think it will be good motivation to beat the binge!!

I can always use more motivation! Anyone can feel free to add me! =)

I wasn't totally head over heels for it the first time I tried it, but it grew on me. I think the fact that it will fill me up pretty good compared to normal yogurt is the selling point for me. Plus, Aldi's has them pretty cheap in a variety of flavors so I stay stocked up on them.

1200 is my daily goal!

You just put my troubles on blast in your post! I searched "binge eating!" and this came up. You said everything I felt today as I had a great eating day and then ate a million things in the span of an hour and completely jacked up my great self control of earlier!
