10-11 hour day desk job and trying to get fitter. Have my Fitbit set to remind me to get up and move every hour. My goal is 10,000/week. Oh, boy ~ slow day! I finished my week off (Sun-Fri) with 45,085+ steps even with today's lazy count off from my minimum goal of 8,500/day. I'll be making up for it tomorrow. 06/01: 6,686

Great way to keep moving ~ count me in too! I've just getting back into "moving" so I'm keeping my starting goal attainable (crossing my fingers!) to 8,500-10,000 a day.

Sounds like a great plan for you moving into maintenance :) Your hard work really shows. My goal is to not get discouraged and stay on track with the logging. I should add to get moving more ~ I've got the gear, the dvd's but am lacking motivation after 10-11 hour days. How the heck to you stick with it?!

I would most definitely be interested. Finally got the issue w/my computer fixed and can now get back to logging. I have no idea if I've lost or gain because my scale went belly up - I'm hoping it's just batteries. I can't go it along so I'm hoping we're all still going to hang in there & support each other.
