I've been slacking this week (i fell on my tail bone and it's killing me) so I'm still on week 1 day 1 - I'm going to stay there until I feel like the running intervals aren't going to kill me :) WTG though!! The C25K is getting great reviews. I felt so accomplished when I finished my first day :)

My son is now 8 and the worse was when he asked me "Mommy are you fat b/c you dont exercise? Are you not making good food decisions?" Gotta love that the schools are teaching them young to take care of their bodies though :)

I have to do the shaving thing too! Electrolysis didnt work for me and was very very expensive. Waxing hurts to bad and misses alot the first go so it's like ripping off flesh after that!

I know the Step Circuit at LA Fitness (where I go) you burn according to there website roughly 500 calories for that hour and thats based off 150lb person. So if you just take 3.33 x your weight you get your calories burned. If the intensity level is higher then your burn will be higher but I'm not sure how to calculate…

Ty sometimes it's hard to see what your really losing without pictures to show you - b/c if you're like me then you still feel the way you were months ago. It's nice to see that all your hard work wasnt for nothing :)

I generally only have about 500 or so left over or less a day. This was my first time not making it to 1000 and it startled me! I was lying in bed at 11pm going "what can i do to add calories". DIDNT even think about having a glass of milk!!

I'm going to repeat day 1 for a few days till I get the "hang" of running on the treadmill. I'm only going about 4.3 now and Id like to get up to at least 4.5 or 4.8. We shall see how it goes :)
