Swelling? Water retention?
Anyone else struggle with this? My doctor had to put my on Lasix waterpills to keep my swelling out of my feet and legs. Counting Calories?
Is counting calories enough? I've reduced the amount of calories I take in and the portion sizes. I've been trying to watch my sodium intake but that is almost impossible to keep as low as I'm wanting. What else can I be doing to increase my weight loss?
