Yeah I was surprised to. I thought for sure it was going to be like 100. Well next time we think about some junk to shove in our face do 100 jumping jacks and remember that's not even 20 calories. Here is what I did today. P90 Strength Training. 200 Jumping Jacks 3 minutes Jumping Rope 35 Minutes on hardest setting of elliptical (I'm only bragging to myself. I promise you go boy!) 3.2 Mile running Day 1 Week 3 C25K. Not as bad as I thought. 186 oz of water and counting! I feel great. I think I hurt some crazy…
