I'm newish too :) Well, I was here for a while, left, and now I'm back. I think the reason I didn't do well last time was not having mfp friends on here, and not participating in the message boards. Friends = support and can make all the difference, so feel free to add me!!! I'm 40ish and have 50ish to lose. The hardest…

Eight pounds week one! I don't believe it for a minute. ;) I'll probably go up a couple pounds tomorrow, but overall I know I'm starting off right. I want to lose 20 total by the end of March so I'm happy to settle into a more reasonable 1 or 2 pounds a week routine after this jump start. Slow and steady wins the race!!…

Clothes shopping for sure. I would love to buy a cute dress or two from Anthropologie, they have gorgeous stuff.

What a really brave thing to do! We all have emotional issues we are dealing with. By opening up about them you can learn to let go of the past and move on and become stronger. It looks like you are majorly on the right track!!! Congrats on losing 93 pounds- you have to be so proud of yourself!!!!!!!! xo

Add me, I need some mfp friends! I want to lose 20 pounds by March... more after that!

I LOVE this article. It's about not beating yourself up when you slip. It's about getting back on the horse and staying determined. Determination is the key- don't let past results determine your future! http://www.livestrong.com/blog/blog/the-1-step-success-plan/?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=1.02.12

Two of my favorite albums- non stop fun fast dancey music to listen/run to: Robyn- Bodytalk and Foals- Antidotes. Every song that comes on makes me want to run faster!
