Do not buy the 5 finger shoes. My bro in law is a podiatrist and he usually recommends actual running shoes. They are still new and I think need more long term research. If you do get them-make sure you know how to run in them or you will be in for a world of pain!!

I can't imagine Denver not having a 24 hour fitness. How far away are you from the closest one. That is pricey. Why don't you try and talk them down in monthly price-or I know the rec center out here does a yearly price. That could make it cheaper.

Unless you have a problem with retaining water you shouldn't have a problem when you drink it. It all flushes through your system then you pee it out. Just pee before you weigh!! Drink up girl-water is the drink of life-haha!

Yes there are 7 of us and we all pretty much look alike. However, my older sis and I have been asked if we are twins, my younger sister and I look nothing a like. I have 3 girls myself and I have been told on a number of occasions that they look nothing alike. I know this, but they all have the same parents-haha!!

I don't log things like that, because honestly most people over estimate what they are burning which means they usually eat more than they should. However I have a pretty active lifestyle so I figure it is included.

How are you measuring your BF%. There are very few ways that are really accurate. Those meters are not accurate at all or those scales. If that is what you are going by. A second question-what are you doing for workouts? Are you doing any strength training? These things will make a difference.

You would had to have consumed 17,500 extra cals to gain all that weight-as I read I see someone told you this. There are so many things that could have happened. Also-was it the same time of day you normally weigh and did you have the same amount of clothing on your normally weigh in? So many factor can affect weight.

I am 5'10 and around 180 lbs right now. I would love to lose about 20 lbs. I will be happy when I feel good. I should say my ideal size is a 10. I am not the biggest fan of weight-especially when you are getting down there and lifting at the same time.
