What's your ideal weight?

I'm one of those unfortunate body types that refuses to be "curvy" at all. I don't think I look "boyish" - I definitely have hips and a defined waist - but at my starting weight of 120, all that was in my belly. I'm mostly trying to teach myself healthy eating and exercise habits, but right now at 109, I think my ideal weight is just over 100lbs. I'm 5'5".0

I'm 5'5" and my ideal weight is 145-155. I want to be more muscular and toned than curvy I think . Really, I'll always be curvy because of my wide hips.0

At my last trip to the Doctor he calculated that I need to be at 175 - 180 lbs based upon my target BMI.
I, however, think that something in the range of 180 - 185 is more reasonable given my body type. (Big shoulders & chest along with big legs)
I am 5' 10" , currently 196 lbs down from 272 at my heaviest.
My next visit to the Doctor will be in January. I am sure that we will discuss further then.0 -
I'm 5'4 and I want to end up at whatever weight will make me a size 12. I started at 228 and a size 20. I now weigh 176 and am a size 16. I had hoped for 160 but now I'm thinking I may need to aim for closer to 145 or so.0

i'm 5'10'' and am thinking about 175-180, that's where i was in my "prime" fitness in high school when i was swimming and or playing water polo year round. right now i am trying to get back to 200 (where i was freshman yr of college) and i will re-evaluate from there
i am looking more for me to be comfortable with my body, and be strong0 -
I'm 5'8 and am looking to be at 160. Any time I've weight less than that ppl always asked me if I was sick. I'm on track to get there again :laugh:0

i am 5'6 and my idea weight would probably be around 120-125. I am 155 right now.0

I'm 5'7" and stayed between 115 and 125, usually closest to 118 or 120 from the time I graduated high school until I was around 29 yrs old. So, 118 for me is the magic number, I'd say. Right now I'm at 128 and really itching to drop these 10 lbs. It makes a big difference on my petite frame. I have a nice shapely *kitten* but smaller (perky tits) that look pretty good around 120. I like my legs and *kitten* best at 120 but I've enjoyed my tits at 130 most... guess it doesn't make that much difference.0

im 6'1, and i want to be 200 pounds, but with 15 pounds more muscle than i have now.. im 189 now, trying to get to 185 first.. lol0

I am 5'1ish and I currently weigh 122 lbs, my goal is 105. I am small frame. I don't think that my curves are going anywhere. When I was at my heaviest & my lightest weights, I still had lots of curves.0

I'm 5'9" and my current GW is 137. Depending on how I look and feel, I'll adjust up or down. I am curvy and don't look "skinny" until I'm 120-125.0

I am 5'10 and around 180 lbs right now. I would love to lose about 20 lbs. I will be happy when I feel good. I should say my ideal size is a 10. I am not the biggest fan of weight-especially when you are getting down there and lifting at the same time.0

I'm 5'9 and started at 253 and I am now at 228 by ideal goal would be like 150 but I don't think I've been that small since middle school...ha
My goal I have set right now is 173 which will put me in the "healthy" BMI range. I most certainly want to keep my curves0 -

it sounds like we have similar body types and weight goals. i am at 204 atm and my peak was 2350 -
I'm 5'9" and my first goal is 170 but my final goal is 140, my sisters are they same height and weigh 135 and 150, they look good. I'm currently at 204. My high school graduation weight was 128 so I think that is realistic.0

I am 5'4 and want to weigh between 125 and 120. I started at 155 and down to 134 so getting close but still a work in progress.
After I reach my goal I want to stay toned and fit.0 -

I'm 5'7" and an hourglass shape. I'm currently between 165-168 (keep gaining and losing the same 3 lbs lately!) I started out here at 242!!
My goal weight is 150-155. I've always had boobs and a butt even when I was in high school and at 142, I just don't think that's a realistic weight for me now. Currently I'm a 36DD and I'd love to get down to a C/D and stop there lol.0 -

I am 5'9" (and 1/2) My doctor wants me to shoot for 165. I am shooting for a personal goal of 150. I think that if I get much smaller than that, I will look unhealthy. I want to keep some curves, I just have waaaaaaaaaaaay more of them than I need.0

I will be happy when I have a healthy range BMI. Right now even after losing 152 lbs I am still obese. I am 5'9. So my goal right now is to get to 169 which I belive will put me in the healthy range(just barely) then we will see0

I am 5' 3". My ideal weight would be 125. I definately want to keep curves. I've always had curves and I love them. 125 is the smallest I have ever been as an adult, and would be happy there. I am currently 146.0
