I don't have an ideal body weight I just want to get rid of all my flab and feel sexy, I weight 135 right now and I am 5'3"0

My highest healthy weight is 145. My current weight is 173. My goal weight is 135. But in my heart of hearts I think I'd like to weight 125, but don't know if that is realistic.0

To be honest, with as much weight as I have to lose, I'd be happy to get to 160. I might have to re-evaluate then.0

I am 5'5" and would like to be a happy, healthy curvy 150-155...I have been above 200 for 10 years and am now 186...I have a long journey ahead of me but will get to that curvey beauty in no time!!

I am 5'4" and currently 232 lbs. I started MFP in October at 266 lbs, my ideal weight is 150 lbs, I have medium bone structure according to the elbow breadth test. I want to keep my curves, I still have a long way to go but I'm driven! According to all of the charts online I should be at 120 lbs but I have DDD's and even before I gained it was DD so I'm thinking 120 isn't attainable.0

I'm 5'4" and started at 215lbs. I originally set my target for 145 because I've been overweight since I was a teenager and I hadn't expected to reach even that goal. Well, I flew by that and I appear to still be losing (I'm currently 134), so my ideal weight will be wherever my body decides at this point .... somewhere in the 120's maybe. Not terribly sure.0

My original goal weight was 125. I am 5'5 tall right now. But I started thinking maybe I should go down initially to 120, and then work on toning, which will hopefully bring me up no more then to 125. I am currently at 134.6 so I have about 14.6 to go till my lowest goal and then I will begin to focus on hardcore toning. I started this journey in February at 184.4 so I am happy with my progress!0

I'm not sure exactly what my ideal weight would be. I'm currently 5'5" and my weight fluctuates between 150 - 155. I'm happy here but wouldn't mind dropping another 5 - 10 lbs. I definitely won't drop enough weight so that my curves disappear. I like being shapely.0

I`m 5`7 and I am the type to gain muscle really easily (and have a large amount of muscle under the fat), so I would ideally like to be around 150-160lbs. I`ve always weighed more than I look, and I got VERY sick in University and weighed around 140lbs, but looked horrific. So I don`t want to be that low.0

I'm 5'6", female, and my ideal body weight is 130 lb. My ideal body fat % is 24%, so I'm not sure if 24% body fat and 130 lb will end up being the same point. It's more important to me to reach the 24% body fat, though, so whatever that weight equals, then it is what it is. The reason I picked 24% is because it's the higher end on the 'fitness' scale, but lower than 'average'. I want to be 'fit', but not a fanatic about it, if that makes sense http://www.builtlean.com/2010/08/03/ideal-body-fat-percentage-chart/ . The reason I picked 130 lb is because that is what I weighed in high school.0

I'm 5'6" and I'm shooting for 135 lbs but would be happy with 140. I remember looking good at 140 but I have been lower. Mostly I just want to fit into the huge stacks of jeans I've outgrown! I am a pear, so I'll never lose my curves. But that's ok0

I am 5'1" and weight 167. I think 140-145 would be ideal for me. I am feeling really happy with the way I look right now even though I am considered obese on the BMI scale. I do not consider myself obese, and I do not think anyone looking at me would think I am obese. I wear size 10-12 and even some size 8s. I have lost 73 pounds over the last 4 years. I am a hot looking grandma right now with curves. I like being a woman.0

I'm 5 ft 3 and half and was 175lbs ..for my height I read I should be between 119- 147lbs... I had just made it to 147lbs before my TOTM started last week and hoping to be 145lbs for next weigh-in to reach 30lbs lost. My goal weight is about 129-132lbs. Somewhere in middle of my healthy range.0

Well what I think my ideal weight and what the doctor thinks my ideal weight should be are 2 different things. I am 5 10 and they want me at 145-150. but right now I cant even get to 115. I think 110 is good for me.0

I should add that I started getting healthy almost exactly a year ago, at 193. Yuck.

I am 5' 8" (but i like to think of myself as 5' 9" for some reason. LOL). i weigh 230, my doctor says i should get down to at least 200, but i would like to be somewhere around 1750

I’m 5’7” and currently at 145. My ideal is about 120 – 130. My body seems to want to “settle” around 140-145 but I really struggle with that. I have a love/hate relationship with food and a hate/hate (lol) relationship with my body image so most important to me is to improve my relationship with food and my body and hopefully just find some semblance of peace there.0

Im 5"5 and my goal was 127lbs but now im 154lbs Im going for 140 then going to see how I feel. I may only get to 137lbs (what I was when I met my partner) Im looking good at the moment and im a pear shape so my hips are the biggest part of me and wont go down! Meanwhile tummy and boobs have nearly disappeared!0
