What's your ideal weight?

I'm 5'5 and my ideal weight is 125 lbs. Looooong ways to go, but I'm hoping to be there (or at least around there) by my 23d birthday next October!0

I'm 5'7" and 206 (yikes) right now. My ideal weight is 145; but I'm working out to be fit not just skinny. I was 160 before my daughter was born and wasn't toned this time I want to be be toned0

Statistically, I should be 130-145. Ideally, I'd like to be 135-140.0

I am 5'6" and I would like to be 140 or 135. trust me this curvy bottom isnt going anywhere.. even at 135.0

I am 5'3" and my ideal weight was 115 and now I sit at 112 but I am working on strenght training to tone up so really I will be happy at a higher weight if it means more muscles and toned!!0

I'm 6 feet tall
My first goal is to get under 200 and then to a healthy BMI which is 184 and then to 170, which my doctor says would be perfect!
I've been between 155 and 165 most of my adult life. These last several years have been ridiculous and I am looking forward to returning to my normal weight. I used to notice that I start to feel "off" at anything over 172, so I think my doc is right and 170 should be my goal.
I'm really concentrating on the strength training and evening snacking so I'm confident I will do better. I've only lost a couple of pounds since I started at the gym and here on Nov. 21.0 -
I am 5'6" and 165lbs. My long-term goal is 140. I weighed less in my younger days, but I don't think it would look good on me now. I also don't think I'll lose any curves!0

I'm 5' 4" and ideally would be 133 lbs; about 5 lbs to go!0

5'6" and 125-130.
I'm top heavy, so I always look heavier in the arms, face and chest than I really am, so my ideal weight is relatively low. Lucky ladies with a different build can probably carry 10 lbs more without a problem.0 -
I'm a wee bit short (5'3" ish) and 150 right now. Not really loving it on my frame. I carry my weight in my stomach for the most part (and thighs) and I would prefer to get down to around 135-138 (that will put me at 60 pounds lost if I get to 138), but I have to see how comfortable I will be then. I'm 12 lbs. from 138 and I really don't see drastic changes happening by then, so maybe 125 will be my ultimate goal.0

I'm 5' 1 1/4" and am at 125ish but ideally 120 or so. Don't want to lose my curves or curb my eating too much!0

I'm 5'3.. When I was 21, 10 years ago, I weighed 135 and looked great. Now I am 169. Luckily, I am the kind of person who looks about 15 lbs less than what I am, becuase of my muscle and big bone structure.
I have a naturally big chest, and that usually never drops smaller than a D cup lol, even when my weight drops. So yes, 135-140 is ideal weight. Don't trust the "standards" usually it never fits the average person.0 -

Im 5 4 and weigh 130 with a medium frame. I was 175. So I meet my goal weight and maintaining now. workout 4-5 days a week and love the results.. My biggest fan is Jillian Michaels... good luck to you.

i am 5'8" and my currently 145. my ideal weight is 135 though i will settle for anywhere between 135 and 139. I want to come out of the 140s!0

I'm 5' pretty much exactly. I'm currently 132lbs but ideally would like to be 120lbs.0

As for me, I am currently 5 ft 6 in and weigh roughly 165 lbs. I started at 172-173 and my ideal weight is 150-155....but I don't want to lose curves so I'll see as I progress if that changes.
I am the same height and aiming at 147 - 152 - as a maintenance range.0 -

Hey There, I am 5'10 and currently between 163-165. I used to weigh about 150 and striving to get back to that. My body has changed since I work out, so we'll see what's realistic...and yes I like my curves so I can't really complain...rather be fit than skinny and remember muscle weighs more than fat.....thank god, lol!0

I'm just over 5 feet tall....let's round up to 5' 1"!

My goal: 108

I'm 5'1 with a small frame so anything between 106-110 (depending on muscle) I feel pretty good. Most importantly i like to keep my body fat around 20-21%0

I'm 5'1 and my ideal weight is between 125-130. I was 145 and I loved being that size! I looked great and had curves... but my ultimate goal would be between 125-1300

I'm one of those unfortunate body types that refuses to be "curvy" at all. I don't think I look "boyish" - I definitely have hips and a defined waist - but at my starting weight of 120, all that was in my belly. I'm mostly trying to teach myself healthy eating and exercise habits, but right now at 109, I think my ideal weight is just over 100lbs. I'm 5'5".

I'm 5'2 and my ideal weight range is between 104 and 135 lbs. I would be happy to get to 150 at this point. I started out at 284lbs, so I have well over 150 lbs to lose in order to get to my ideal weight range. My major goal for 2012 is to get under 200lbs. I haven't been uner 200lbs since college! I've been overweight since I was 14, so I don't even remember what it was like to be a "normal" weight. I am actually kind of scared to lose weight.....but I'll get over it, I'm sure!0
