I like this. Yes we are all reading this because it pertains to us. I'm on my third attempt at it. I have to remember I am not alone, and it's the journey. And I know a lot more this time then I did last time which means I am set up for success.

I see girls at my gym wearing only sports bras. They are usually the super fit people that live there, or the really young skinny teenagers.

Little tid bit here. I have that problem, large thighs and butt. When wearing dresses and skirts use BABY POWDER on the inside of your thighs. It creates a protective barrier so they don't rub or stick. It is soooo much more comfortable! You can do the same in shorts too!

I drink lots of stuff. I drink non-sweetened iced tea, water, milk, wine, flavored water, protein shakes, coffee, diet drinks ( I know their not that good for you.) and even beer. <in moderation of course. If you cannot go without sugar, just use less and less of it each time til your hardly putting anything in there.

Hey all I was just wondering this for myself a few days ago. I am 5'6.5 and right now I am 141.5 (31 pounds down). My goal weight is 132. I am losing weight super slowly. And was wondering if I am even able to get down to that weight? My body fat is around 25%.

YES, I hate how people say that, and yes people have told me that. Now that I have lost 30 lbs. My most recent one is, "Oh you look sooo pretty with makeup on. " Apparently natural beauty is nonexistent. I can't get away from a back handed compliment.

I bring food to work and I work in a restaurant. The manager asks what are you eating, and I am like cereal or veggies lol. Plus we don't get breaks for eating. Gotta eat it fast, or wait til its slow... If it ever gets there.

Yes it works! I think that people use 1200 is a starting point. In the beginning your body doesn't have much muscle and is not used to working out, and you have been eating lots of calories. Just a protein shake. I usually can't eat after a workout. So I drink it. Then I'll usually eat around 3 hours later.

Your body will tell you when your hungry! Listen to it. Try not to worry about a table spoon or 2. Just try to workout a few times a week and stay in your caloric means. You will do fine. And indulge once a week to keep your cravings at bay. : ) It is a long term process.
