I do it every day. I eat lightly for breakfast, mostly because I can't handle a lot of food in the morning, then a little more for lunch, usually some light snacks between lunch and dinner, then the most of my calories come from dinner at night. I still eat ranch dressing like nobody's business! However, I have switched to light ranch, I stick to the serving size (2 tbsp) for salads, and usually less than 1 tbsp to dip veggie sticks in.

I actually don't mind the jumping jacks or butt kicks! I'm on day 28 - 2 days away from finishing my first round of 30DS and I can tell you it is awesome! I've lost weight AND inches...about 5 pounds lost overall and I'm not sure how many inches exactly, I just know that my clothes are fitting more loosely. I like my salads pretty traditional. Iceberg/Romaine lettuce Chopped tomatoes Sliced cucumbers Hard boiled egg (sometimes) A little shredded cheddar cheese A slice of each red onion and green bell pepper W/ light ranch dressing...delicious!

I buy great value brand from Wal-Mart, buttermilk ranch light. It's half the calories of regular ranch, and honestly, I can't tell that much of a difference in taste. Only a tiny bit, but it's not nasty at all, it's quite good. :)
