Cheers guys. I got weighed this morning. Not as bad as I thought. 12 stone 11 lbs. I've reset my goals and have set myself a target of 12lbs to lose.

Haven't been weighed since this picture, but got weighed last night. I reached my goal of under 12 stone.

Don't worry. I had a day off my diet because of a family BBQ. I had three cans of cider, two burgers, two hot dogs and a few shish kebabs. I went up by about 7lbs. It took three or four days for my weight to go down to normal.

Since I started this thread I've only lost 3lbs. Its so frustrating. I've notice my protein has dropped 3%-4% during in this stuttering is this just a coincident? Or is this just natural after losing so much weight?

I'd say 95% of losing weight is in the mind. I also agree about denying yourself things. I have a chocolate bar every day and I've lost 26lbs in the last 13 weeks.

Generally everyday. But only count my weight on a Saturday morning. I try and empty my bladder and bowls and before I've had anything to eat.

I'm from Hull, a industrial City in East Yorkshire. We have something called a pattie, its potato, onion and stage with battery. Its deep fried and you usually get them from Chip Shops. Even most of England doesn't know what they are.

Well didn't expect this many replies. Socially i seem to get along with older people better. My two best friends are 9 and 12 years older then me. I've had a relationship with cougar. But I've founds girls my age are quite insecure .
