I agree!! muscular or not, this is a great goal weight, unless you have a really slim frame you will suffer with excess skin and wrinkles the older you get... I'm currently 193 and aiming for 170... at 45yrs

Hi Well, I'm no expert and still finding my way around myself but here are a few of my tried and tested meals that seem to be working ok. I'd say try porridge, 5 tablespoons, made with water (I use a sprinkle of salt too- try not to think of it as a sweet cereal) thats no more than 200, then you could have a low fat soup…
