I weigh myself every day, which I wouldn't recommend lol It's VERY frustrating, but I only actually count what I weigh on Fridays.

There's a video called Insanity that is hardcore. There may be some of the exercises on the video you have to pass because of your knee, but you can just jog in place or walk in place and it will still keep your heart rate up to burn calories.

I drink the Propel bottles when I am wanting something with a little more taste than plain water and I don't think there is anything wrong with them. I haven't tried the pour packets though, but I would think they are the same.
