Gum?
So, for instance, my bottle of gum says less than 5 calories per piece. Is this the calories I intake from chewing the gum, or is this the calories I would intake if I swallowed the gum? Hmmmm.

Avocado?
I have read all kinds of articles about the benefits of avocado. So, I bought a couple. I ate half plain, gross, ate half with salt and pepper, gross. I baked another one into a black bean avocado brownie, and it was edible, but still had a icky taste of avocado. Anyone have any recipes that make avocado's taste good?

I am so sick of people telling me I've lost weight by starving myself. No, thank you very much, I've lost weight by working my butt off. I work out 6 days a week and EAT 6 times a day - usually 2,000 calories a day. I just want to point at my legs and scream YOU DONT GET THESE MUSCLES BY NOT EATING! lol...end rant.

Aggravated.
After reading many people's posts about getting over their plateau by eating more I decided to attempt this to get over mine. NSV - Cupcakes :)
I baked for 6 hours yesterday and made over 130 cupcakes, and did not eat one! I think this is a major NSV in my strength of willpower because I have a serious addiction to sweets! :)

Too hot?
After doing my workouts I take a really hot shower, but here lately when I do this when I'm in the shower I get really nauseous and immediately have to get out and set down. Am I getting too hot? Or does anyone have another idea what would cause that?

Treadmill and the track?
I run on the track regularly, but this coming week I am going on vacation and I purposely booked a hotel that has a fitness area with a treadmill. Since I am used to running on the track how different is the treadmill? Should I plan on running for a longer period of time or shorter? Or is it about the same?

MFP is yelling at me.
I feel like I've been eating ALL day and I'm still five hundred calories under my goal. I finished my logging and MFP is telling me I'm going to go into starvation mode because I'm eating too few calories. Do I need to go cram some in to finish off the day with more calories or just let it go?

Fruit sugar?
MFP counts sugars from fruit as the same as sugar from a candy bar. I've heard that your body doesn't absorb it the same though, so does it count the same or not?

Discouraging week.
I've done great losing weight every week since I started, until this one. This is the first week I haven't even lost a pound and this is the week I've worked the hardest with my exercise. It's so discouraging to work so hard and feel like I'm doing so good for the scales to tell me otherwise.

Fiber?
I eat a fiber cereal for breakfast and sometimes snack on a fiber bar during the day. This mixed with the regular fiber in other foods I almost always go over on the fiber goal. Is too much fiber a bad thing?
