I've recently moved back to school and am living in a dorm this year instead of an apartment. Therefore, the extent of my cooking capabilities is a microwave. Microwave meals are no only going to get very old, but they also have SOOO much sodium. Any suggestions on meals? Thanks!

Are sandwiches doable? You can do so many variations with them.

Also, if you have a trader joes near you I just picked up their chili lime chicken burgers. OMG so good! They are low in fat and calories but packed with flavor! 150 calories.

If they are thawed you can use the microwave.
  • If you have access to things like microwave baking dish and browning pans, you can make almost anything you would in a stove!
If you have a casserole you can even make your own soups. Make your own muesli bars bake cakes amd muffins you can even roast meats... Possibilitiesbare endless, search on google you will find recipes for microwave

wraps. This one is very easy

    You need:

    Philadelphia cheese
    whole wheat tortilla
    lettuce or spinach
    ham

Put the philadelphia cheese in the tortilla, then a slice of ham and spinach or lettuce (maybe both) then wrap it and cut it in a half. is tasty and low cal.
