Don't give up!

I was so frustrated last week because I had worked really hard and not ate any bad food, but yet my weight had gone up a pound instead of down. Although I was frustrated I didn't let it discourage my eating or prevent me from working out and this week I'm down that pound I had gained plus down three more pounds as well! This motivated me not to give up, so I thought I would share with you all

Thanks for the encouraging word! I started 30 Day Shred last week and I still run 3 mlies a day. I counted every single thing that I eat, including the 3 robin eggs I had on Easter and when I got on the scale it was disappointing, but I am gonna keep on trucking and maybe I'll see some results next week.0
