Breakfast foods are my favorite so eating breakfast is my favorite. Even if you don't want to waste a lot of calories on breakfast you should try eating an apple for something small with little calories just to get your metabolism started.

My motivation started because my boyfriend cheated on me with a super skinny chick, but at this point I just love seeing what I can do to better myself and I've learned to love eating healthy and trying new recipes and I love exercising and how it makes me feel.

I do! I carry snacks with me everywhere though. It doesn't bother me a bit to whip an apple out of my purse at a bar! Haha

Idk about directly helping weight loss, but I am a picky eater so I don't always have the well-rounded diet I should. The multivitamins keep me feeling good to be able to work out. I take a woman's one a day - active metabolism, as well as a super b-vitamin complex.

I had read that it assisted in loss in fat percentage. I bought some today to start taking. I bought the Hydroxycut CLA plus a weight-loss matrix. It had the same amount of CLA as the regular supplement and was the same price, so I figured I would buy it instead.

I think that is perfectly okay. You can still enjoy pancakes with your friends, and not feel down on yourself for eating something you felt you shouldn't. Your friends should understand and be supportive of your goals, so there is no reason it should be a problem. They may be intrigued to taste your healthier pancakes!

So true! I've gained weight over the last month, but I've lost 1.5 inches on my waist! I'm so glad I started measuring or I would have been badly discouraged!

I work out 6 days a week, and yes I do eat at least half of them back. Sometimes more.

I had lost 30 pounds since anyone noticed. I know it's annoying, but that is a great achievement! Keep it up! :)

6 days a week. Monday through Thursday I work out twice a day, 3 miles in the morning and twenty-30 minutes on elliptical, 5 miles in the evening with 45 minutes on the elliptical. Your body retains water right before and during the TOM. You probably really haven't gained any weight, just water weight!

You could try eating like sugar free jello or something of that sort, it will give you something to munch on and there are little to no calories in it.

The key to this is doing a lifestyle change, not flat out dieting! Everybody eats something that isn't the healthiest for them every once in a while...just don't make it a habit and don't get discouraged!

I was weighing myself obsessively throughout the week, so I took the scale out of the apartment. I can now weigh once a week when I go visit my mom and that's it lol
