Shopping! I love buying gifts for people...I always feel guilty buying things for myself, but it makes me feel good to buy things for others! Baking too. I love baking desserts for the holiday get togethers.

I have a huge sweet tooth as well, I have found that fruit helps to curve this. When I absolutely can't stand it anymore I usually go to the sugar free candies. They are not as good for you as fruit it and they can give tummy troubles if you eat too much, but a small amount will help the craving.

Jello! Sugar free jello has no carbs which is what they claim is the worst to eat at night, and it taste yummy!

I am addicted to sugar! I could not go without ever having ice cream or cake or anything else that taste magnificent. I agree that having it in moderation is ok. I've been eating healthier, but I've not been depriving myself of the things I love and I've still managed to lose weight.

I've been eating Pure Protein ones for breakfast for the last few months. How much more do you have/want to lose? --My original goal was 155, but I moved it to 145, so I have 15 left to lose. how many calories are you consuming? --at least 1200, but usually closer to 1500 with exercise calories How much are you losing a week? --I average about 1.5lbs a week

Walk until you feel tired and you feel like your body has done something, but MAKE SURE you STRETCH! Your calf muscles need a good stretch to keep from getting shin splits and you need to stretch the rest of your muscles just to prevent pulling anything.

What I was told is that not necessarily eating late is bad for you, but what you eat late. I was told you aren't supposed to eat a lot of Carbs at night. I crave chocolate. The Russel Stover sugar free chocolates seem to help do the trick, but you have to watch if you eat a bunch at a time they will give you gas :-/
