MFP counts sugars from fruit as the same as sugar from a candy bar. I've heard that your body doesn't absorb it the same though, so does it count the same or not?

I don't count fruit sugar. I eat a lot of fruit so I'm over every day. But if you are diebetic it is different. Best thing is to speak with a nutrionist to find out what is best for you!0
