My understanding would be weight loss is mainly due to diet, but the importance of exercise is that it makes you healthier and stronger!
-
Definitely not to exercise after meal. Just drink some water or tea (helps digestion) and try to eat less tomorrow you'll be fine!

Our body is not a scale. It has the ability to adjust and balance. So i would believe one can keep well unless he/she eats way TOO much calories. I've had an experiment on myself of 3500 calories per day for 2 weeks, but mainly natural products, such as peanuts, sesame, soy products, but I did not gain weight for that…

Although I preferred a vegan diet since about two years, sometimes I have cravings for eggs and dairy...then I eat them, probably once per month or two months lol

Many thanks! So do I think and I'll keep on going...

simply because I don't log food. Eat whenever I'm hungry, don't care that.

Mongolian, Vegan, pure...

I started from 90kg, now weighs 58kg, so should be above 1/3 of the original.

As long as you have time to eat, you should have time to exercise, that's what I believe. I work 70+ hours per week, and still have time to exercise, practice my instrument, etc.
-
Great job, congrats! I have also lost 30kgs by jogging and using MFP everyday!
-
I wouldn't expect any tea to have weight loss effect, though I believe it helps digestion and metabolism, and drink from day to night every day, just because Mogolians love tea!

Going a stew with mixed types of mushrooms tastes just super!!!

Follow your heart and eat when you really "want to". But please remember while we eat to live, we not live to eat, especially junk food.

I have been vegan for almost 2 years but not because of ethnic thoughts. I just don't want meat anymore since I have lost over 70 pounds. Meat sounds no more interesting to me.
-
It should be OK as long as you feel well!

Grown up in Mainland China, but I'll never forget I'm a mongolian. B)

Usually once a week is enough, since fluctuations are quite common within one week, depending on your exercise, how much you eat and drink and so on.
-
I'm afraid that your intake is insufficient to support the sports, as you described. For me, 5'5, 58 kg, and do exercise for 1 hour everyday (walking or jogging), I basically need 3000+ calories to maintain.

Why not try types of legumes such as soy, lentils, chickpeas, etc. They provide fiber and vitamines besides abundant proteins, and are cheap.
-
I would say you don't need that anymore, since you've established the habits to listen to your body's need and eat the right things during the long-term weight loss.
