Go back in or call in and throw the BIGGEST b**** fit you have ever thrown, speak to every manager possible, make a big scene and theyll do w/e they can to get ur buns out of there. Works for my mom anyway xD I agree youre still within your 3 business day time frame.

i change mine up for 2 weeks im at 1200 with exercise of at least 45 min each day bit that can be as simple as walking for 30 min. After 2 weeks i switch it up to 1400 and drop 2-4lbs then back down. In doing this i lose a few lbs w each change. Ive currently lost 23 lbs :)

I work 3:30-midnight but am up from 10am to 2/3am, check out my diary! I have it setup for time periods not meals because it gets kind of confusing lol If I wake up at 10 anything i eat from then until i got to bed gets tracked in one day even after midnight or 1.
