Unless you've some medical reason to track sugar, don't bother tracking sugar! ETA: You only need to track carbs, fat and protein.

Eat MORE protein! My goal is something like 113g a day and it's the only macro I make a really big effort to hit.

Agreed. What's not to like about that? Maybe pasta salad as well. With tuna or cold cooked chicken and lots of veggies. I use fat free soft cheese (quark) with lemon juice and a little water to make a dressing.

I'm on day 8 of level 1 and it's not stopped yet for me! But at least the pain is reminding me that I'm changing my life. Some have said to do more cool down exercises as Jillian's aren't enough.

Lunchtime? If you get a lunchbreak then you could use half of it to go for a brisk walk.... Get your arms swinging to get your heart rate up... Walking is underated as a form of exercise. Okay so maybe it's just me! I thought you were meant to and my body started to agree with me when I started and then felt funny. But I've just read that maybe it's a good thing to work out without eating breakfast first - I am now officially confused! I am a breakfast addict so maybe it really it just me!

Agree. Fage is lush but out of my price range! Fat free fromage frais from the supermarkets is a fraction of the cost and tastes just as good!

If you're doing the 5:2 diet then the 2 days when you are "fasting" create your calorie deficit. On the other 5 days you are meant to eat your TDEE. It's not actually meant to be a weight loss diet but it often seems to be a happy side effect. Looks like you're not eating enough.

Oh and the good thing about quark is that it's almost twice the protein of fromage frais/ greek yoghurt at 13.6g/100g vs 7g/100g. Nom nom nom
