STOP DIETING!!! You are making lifestyle changes and cutting out all sugars isn't a lifestyle change that you can make permanent. The Sugar in fruit is healthy!!!! Instead of focusing on diet "rules", focus on counting your calories, eating plenty of protein and doing your workouts.

That is always one of the first places I lose, but alas there is no really good "toning" activity that makes them smaller or bigger. You may be a skinny girl with big boobs and you may have to surgically reduce them if they don't start to go away as you reach your goal weight.

They are percentages. I upped my protein percentage and lowered my carbs, but it's set up for something like 50% carbs, 40% protein and 10% fat or something like that... I don't remember the default settings!
