Heh - I started at 216, went down to 207, gained back to 214 and now I am back down to 210. This is all this month. I can gain/drop 3-4 lbs in a day :( Unfortunately I work in a hospital and walk past the big walk-on scale that we use for wheelchair-bound patients about 3 times a day.

Try it. Add a few more calories and see how you do. If you don't lose, cut back. If you keep losing, keep eating!

MFP is awesome in that they look at your BMR (2000ish) and figure out what you need to eat WITHOUT Exercising in order to lose weight. It looks like they set your intake at 1200. roller derby. Seriously. It's like squatting for several hours while pushing outward with your legs. My saddlebag area is 7 1/2 inches smaller than when I joined derby and that is with only about 15lbs of loss...It's crazy intense but sooooo good for the thighs/buns.
