CW:294 GW: 250 no loss from last week, body is probably adjusting to working out again, as its been about 5 months. I also know i need to up my water intake, and i REALLY need to get back into the habit of tracking my food intake.

I too am starting again. I watched what i ate/worked out religiously for about 7 months, then summer hit and i couldn't be bothered with it... well, 6 months and 25 lbs later, Im back.

i measure pretty much everything.... Guess i need to start tracking everything again...havn't really been able to since i don't have a "smart phone" anymore... Not at a computer very often where i can track my food...

havn't lost inches, though i can tell i have more tone/definition. im not losing fat. my main goal is to lose my "gut" and all this extra flab in my mid section/upper body/back.

also when i have a great workout where i burn over 1000 calories, i find it REALLY difficult to eat all of those calories back...

yeah my food log has suffered because of a new job....since i started i've been sooooo busy! I'll try to get back to logging and see if that helps... I am gaining good muscle, but im not losing any fat it seems... trying to get this spare tire off my midsection!

because weight at a "NUMBER" doesn't matter. Its about having a lean/toned body with a healthy diet. Maybe the weight you are trying to get to is just not right for you?

less than 1200 calories could send your body into starvation mode if its done on a consistent basis.

you only consume 1000 calories a day? thats insanity. i believe 1200 is around the bare minimum. and you should most definitely use all of them or close to it, in my opinion.

this is the first time i've really switched it up. I was doing 20 minutes to 1/2 hour of cardio, then 20 minutes to a half hour of weights... I figured doing shorter bursts of high intensity cardio with short burst of intense weights (3 sets, each set adding more weight dropping reps)
