Uggh! Keep hitting plateaus!

I started at 157.5 pounds and I am now down to 139.4. I am 5'7 and 42 years old. I haven't lost a large amount of weight in over a month. I am under my calorie goal most of the time, even though I don't always make the healthiest choices. I try to do a bootcamp twice a week and on other days I run, walk, or swim. Is my body trying to tell me it's had enough? I would love to get down to 130 pounds so that I could fluctuate a few pounds and not have to worry about it. This is so frustrating! I would appreciate any help or suggestions. Thanks!

Change up your workout!!!
Thats what i had to do! I was at the same weight for about 2 months before i finally re-organized my workout...down 5 lbs from last week.0 -
BUMP- me too. The last few times I noticed if I take a couple days off and do not exercise at all- because I normally do about 6 days a week- it seems to kickstart my weight loss again. However, am now into my second week on this plateau, hope the scale starts moving down soon!!0

Don't go under your calorie goal, if anything go over , you can calorie cycle too.0

I know how you feel girlfriend, I just broke a almost 6 week plateau, I started Zumba and the scaled dropped 1.4 lbs its not much but I only did 2 days of it, but it seem to kick start, of course I am still eating right. I am trying to increase my protein. Don't worry change your routine and results will come, I completely understand your frustration.0

I agree with changing your workout. I hit a plateau and decided to change my workout. I was walking an hour everyday with no weight loss. I decided to get off my rear end and trim the hanging tree limbs in my yards. I did this for a week and lost 3 pounds. I had my HRM on and it really motivated me stay with it because of the number of calories I was burning. All my hard work paid off.0

it may be that you are at the weight that your body is comfortable with. At 5'7" and 139 pounds you are at a very healthy weight so it is going to be harder for you to lose weight. I would definitely change up eating and workouts.0

well, before i'd go to the gym and do a 1/2 hour of elliptical, and a 1/2 hour of weights.
now i go in and do a 10 minute spinning warm up, 15 minutes of elliptical (HR @ 150) 15 minutes of weights (low weights/high reps): (HR between 125-150) Another 20 minutes of elliptical (HR @ 150). another set of weights (same as before) and a 10 minute 4.5 MPH then slow it down for the last 2 minutes @ about 2 mph.0 -
