Yeah I'm in the same boat. I'm about a 4 (sometimes a 2) but I still feel fat and gross. I know I'm not, but when I look in the mirror, I see my giant stomach sticking out, giant thighs, etc. I'm 5'6", about 132, but feel like a cow still. Ugh!

Jillian has some other good ones--no more trouble zones, banish fat boost metabolism, and cardio kickbox are some of my faves. The first two are 42 min, about 55 with warmup/cooldown, divided into 7 six minute circuits (so you can pick and choose). The last is about 30, 2 15 min circuits...

I make a really good bruschetta with tomatoes, asparagus, garlic and goat cheese. I use phyllo dough (2 layers) and make cups in muffin tins. Cook the cups, then add the mixture. Delic! It's not great for you, but occasionally isn't going to kill you. Just try to make sure you fit it into your calories and you'll be fine.

Diet Coke. I don't like coffee, but the caffeine, cold burst, and bubbles do a better job than anything else I've tried. I hate mornings but this is the most effective thing I've found.

Lol, I eat a bag of cheetos a day (minimum, most days other junk as well) and have still lost. You know it's better for you to eat healthy, but bottom line is calories. Wine. Duh. Oreo's will make you feel good for like 4 minutes. A glass of wine (depending on the size and your tolerance, lol) will make you feel good for like an hour...at least...lol
