30 Day Shred in 15 days?
Ok, so. If I did the 30 day shred in 15 days (2 workouts/day, 5 days/level), what are the chances I'd get (approximately) the same effects as doing 1 workout/day for 30 days? Mathematically, it makes sense that this would work. Thoughts?
