30 Day Slimdown

So I was thinking of trying Jillian's 30 Day Slimdown (Combo of the Shred, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, and No More Trouble Zones). Has anyone tried this program and if so, what were your results? Did it work on it's own? I was thinking of pairing it with cardio (jogging, a class or BFBM) and/or yoga 3-4 days/week. I'm just wondering if this routine is worth doing/sticking to.
