30 Day Slimdown

So I recently finished Jillian's 30 day shred and....honestly, was a little disappointed. Between the diet and the exercise, I lost a few lbs, and about an inch, but based on everyone's rave reviews, I honestly was hoping for more. And I think the loss was due more to diet than exercise.

That being said, I do really like her workouts. I'm definitely in better shape--stronger, more stamina, just not much smaller (which was the ultimate goal).

I was thinking of starting her 30 day slimdown program next. Has anyone tried it? Does it work? I have 30 DS, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, No More Trouble Zones, and Yoga Meltdown. Any recommendations?

  • Well I'm doing the 30DS and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I love them both. I have lost about 10 pounds in 40 day. Using the Shred 5 days a week and BFBM 1 day a week. They are all great!

    I had the same experience.

    Just finished the 30 day shreds and wasn't blown away by the results weight-wise. but i did really enjoy it.

    I'm now try the 30 day slim day in a way....just rotating between NMTZ, BFBM and 30 day shred, depending on how much time i have to work out each day

    I figure any workouts must be better than the zero exercise i was doing before, so If we stick with it there has to be a positive effect somewhere down the line...right?
