I agree with number 4 so much. I keep getting my blood checked and hope for a thyroid problem though I have enough health issues why would a problem like that. It could be your form too. I was told when I went to a running clinic once that form is very important especially for the longer distances. Though I am in the same boat, I have never enjoyed running no matter what I tried. Now I am injured to the point that I can't run (running didn't cause the injury).

I am so glad I saw this post. I was wondering where to post if it would be bad if I didn't eat all my calories. I had a great workout this morning and it gave me some extra, bonus. Though I think I will enjoy a glass of chocolate milk now and use up some of them.
