844 calories remaining and don't feel like eating?

It's my ~time of month~, so I feel bloated and am of course retaining water weight right now.
I don't feel like eating because of it, but I have 844 calories left.
I'm not sure what to do. I already had dinner and usually have an evening snack, then a snack a little later.
I was thinking about going for peanut butter because it's calorie dense - but I've already had a serving today and I'm afraid it'd be too much?
Guess I just need some ideas, thanks!

Why would it be too much? One serving of pb is only 2 tbsp.0 -
If it's only today, don't worry about it. Don't force yourself to eat. If you feel this way often, then I could see it becoming a problem or a bad habit.0

lol youre under your calorie goal... have a whole cup of pb lol i wish i was having that problem but i indulged in a mc'ds sandwhich and have somewhere south of 50 cals left and haven't even eaten dinner yet...
ETA: Just have the serving of PB (or ice cream lol) ... then have a cup of tea and relax TOM is a horrible punishment0 -
Make a compromise, eat a few hundred of them tonight and the rest tomorrow. I agree about not making a habit out of it, we all have a day here and there where it's hot or we're sick and don't feel like eating as much.0

Thanks for the insight!0

Oh to have such problems! I am -277 and STILL feel like eating.0 -
Plan your meals ahead of time (and add in exercise calories) so this does not happen again.0

liquid calories work too - get a fancy coffee or something - you can meet your goal with just one depending on what you like! (I'm being serious - your body needs calories)0

I posted something similar the other day and got scolded for not eating enough calories! Anyway, I was given the suggestions of eating an avocado, nuts, protein shakes, etc.... I've never actually netted even 1200 calories and I am usually always stuffed at the end of the day. I never force myself to eat, so my calories stay low.0

Consuming calories for the sake of consuming calories may be important for an athlete, but would be a bad thing for me to do. If I don't feel like eating, I don't eat. I stopped at about 200 calories under deficit last night because it felt like I was choking my dinner down and I finally said, This is ridiculous. Woke up feeling normal this morning. There've been other times when I've been way under deficit one day and awakened famished or with a headache the next -- so I ate promptly and more heavily, and life was good again. Your body WILL tell you what it needs and it will balance out. At least, that's my experience.
If you're concerned about meeting your calorie goal to make up for a big deficit, you might add one or two hundred a day to round it out for the week.0 -

Very sensible! Thanks!0 -
There is absolutely no reason to force yourself to eat if you aren't hungry. None at all. Your body will let you know when it needs food again, no need to worry bout that.0

I am so glad I saw this post. I was wondering where to post if it would be bad if I didn't eat all my calories. I had a great workout this morning and it gave me some extra, bonus. Though I think I will enjoy a glass of chocolate milk now and use up some of them.0

I wouldn't worry about it. especially for just one day.0

How about a big bowl of ice cream topped with a couple scoops of PB?

I agree with the others. If you're eating a well balanced diet most of the time, and you have a 'healthy relationship' with eating in general, and you're not trying to build massive muscle, you shouldn't eat just to eat if you aren't hungry. If you're routinely netting way under that would be different. But a night here or there? No big deal.0
