Didn't end last week as well as I started. Saturday's are hard enough to log, but I lost my phone, so I didn't have my handy app, so I got breakfast logged, but then I was out all day, and at this point for the life of me I can't remember what I ate (thought I know I'm not sure I'd WANT to write it down) On to the new week!

When I woke up this morning I didn't my day would end up like it did... But what can you do. No work out for me today so took today as my rest day. Yeah I guess the dog didn't much care for yoga. Will be pushing play bright and early tomorrow morning.

Great job today everyone! Did pretty good today brought in most of my lunch and all if my snacks. I haven't gotten to the grocery store yet so I was a little light on protein for my lunch. Welcome! Glad you found us. The support here is the best! I know what you mean about the sweet tooth. I recently found chocolate light silk. It's really good nice and chocoately. I drink a glass a day. It's 90 calories for 8 ounces. Helps curb the sweet tooth a little :smile:

Hi everyone! Hope everyone is doing great and working toward the monthly goal. Got in a 90 minutes today. Didn't get any minutes in yesterday, recovering from my overnight Relay for Life walk. I stopped counting laps after 6 miles. My legs were so tired yesterday! Keep up all the hard work!
