Done! Did 140 with 5lb weights. Arms are a challanging area for me so I appreciate the extra focus on the triceps.

During round 1 I used the bands, pretty much exclusively (even for the chin ups) but by the end I was using the toughest resistance band and wasn't getting the same burn as I had been in the beginning. Happy Wednesday everyone! Today was Day 3 Lean - shoulders and arms + arx. And it was a successfully work out for me, I got the workout in before I headed off to work and I am very happy to report I have increased the weights I use for this one and I survived! Added another 78 minutes for the June challage. It was a great day out and got a extra walk in with the dogs.

I have decided for Round two I'm going to do the lean program (did classic for round 1). I'm happy to report I was up and at it at 6:00 am today (which is a HUGE win for me... Here's my take. I know I will not go the rest of my life not eating pizza (i do enjoy pizza). The key is moderation and balancing it with the rest of your intake for the day. So I didn't do a true work out today. I meant to get a bike ride in, but you know how life goes! I did get in about 40 minutes of walking today, between laundry, house cleaning, shopping for the week, I feel pretty good about that. Have a wonderful night everyone.
