I'm sad to report I did ... 4 Got home late from work ran right out to meet my friend for dinner. I didn't get home until after ten. Now I'm exhausted and need sleep. But I will be back for tomorrow!!

Did pretty good today. Was hoping to get a bike ride in again, but it was storming pretty bad off and on most of the late afternoon and evening. So it was an inside day today. Did the 100 superman challenge (got them all in). 30 minutes of yoga. Have a great night everyone!

Suz - nothing like a little friendly competition :) Today was a good day for work out. Got in a 45 minute bike ride then about 30 minutes of gardening plus did the 250 mini squat challenge (thanks for sending the link Suz) plus a while bunch of abdominal exercises. I'm in too. My goal is to try and work out 5 days this week (Monday through Saturday). Need to get back into it. Since I stopped p90x I've been really struggling with workouts. I have had mo motivation to get moving.

I got an hour walk in today!!!! Waaooo hooo! And it felt great. I leave for vacation in 17 days and we will be walking a lot so I have to get my walking legs in shape!

Wednesday morning another no go for the am workout. Really going to have to work at this. And sadly I don't think I'll be getting workout in after work either.
