I was really tired and hot last night, almost skipped the gym but decided to go and a little time on the elliptical. I kept at it and ended up doing 15 more minutes on it than I wanted to because I felt so good doing it. Finished the night up with some weights. 3 months ago I would have stopped at 5 minutes and left.

I feel your pain. I have broad shoulders and big arms. Even when I was thin and in shape! I also have big hands and feet I inherited from my grandfather. Got the hips from my mother so they help balance out the shoulders. I wish I would have gotten her thick, beautiful hair, but I didn't.
