Oh dear, looks like I was one of the worse - 5lbs gain for me over Xmas and New Year. Not stressing though, I know I will soon have that under control and then on my way to reach my goal weight this year.

I love my fitbit one. I've had this since August and it has really motivated me to get up and move. I also work in an office but so that I can reach my goals I now make a point of getting up and walking up and down the three floors several timnes a day. Whoa can't believe it's that soon!! Well, seeing as my weightloss is at crawling pace I would be really pleased if I could lose 10 pounds by then - however, I still have 2 exttra pounds to lose from what went on after my summer holidays :grumble:

Hi I have a fitbit One and think it is great. it has given me that added push to achieve the targets I set, so it owrks for me. It stops the need to calculating on mfp the amount of calories used whilst exercising as when you sync you are automatically given a calorie adjustment. You should only be using this as a guide…

O you mustn't undo all the good you have achieved - look how much you have already lost - stick with it, look at some old 'fatty' photos , maybe increase some exercise or change what you do to stop the boredom settling in. Do it for yourself - you are worth it :bigsmile:

I've tried it and still do it. The wii game obviously is not as good as the real thing but depending on how much you wish to throw yourself into it you will still burn some calories.
