OK - way too energetic for me I'm afraid! I have a fitbit and aim to complete 8 - 10, 000 steps a day. I usually do two to three exercise classes a week, including a spin classes and kettle bells.

Wow you all have such high targets, I wish you all the best of luck. I have put back on 1 stone over the last 10 months and now want to shift this, but finding it really hard to get back into the routine. So here we go - if I have lose half of it (7 lbs) I will be really pleased, but any minus will be good.

What a great philosophy! Think I will try this as I am always, in my mind, 'falling off the wagon'
-
Sounds good to me - I'm currently struggling at 169lbs and want to get back to 159lbs (or less!) Why not start a group so that we can help each other on this challenge

Yes please, I am in again! I finished April walking 110 miles - sounds great when you lump it all together. We have 2 bank holidays this month so hopefully I can make the most of them and get some extra walking in. And with some luck the weather should pick up, be a little warmer and dry! Good luck everyone B)

Target done!

Lazy weekend - only managed 5 miles in both days! :/
-
Averaged 5 miles a day for the last three days - pleased with that

Wow I love reading these posts - such a varied amount of lifestyles and locations, it makes mine seem quite dull in comparison. But I did go for a lovely walk on Saturday, completely tiring out our 11 year old Labrador. Pretty happy with my total so far, looks like target will definitely be within reach.

Just had two lovely days off work in glorious sunshine - it makes me feels so much healthier soaking up those rays!
-
Lovely weekend for me with grand daughters at Camber Sands - brisk wind but sunny too. Added another 13 miles to my total so all going well for my target so far.
-
My thoughts are with you Steve. It's been a slow start for me, but I think I am not trailing too much and should be able to reach target by the end of April - there's still time left. As of Thursday 9 April I have added another 9.16 miles. Love reading all your posts - helps with the motivation.

Sorry I'm late but have been away from a computer for the beginning of April - so yes please I'm in for 100 miles using my fitbit results based on steps. Currently stands at 22.91 miles up to and including Monday 6 April, so a little under target

Oh yes - I made it! And still have two more days to add. -

This might actually look at possibility - even with a few lazy days. Mon - Thurs this week say 17.85 miles added. I record mine from the results of my 'fitbit one' - which includes wearing it on my ankle when taking part in my spinning classes and of course, I wear it when doing Zumba. Just get a few dog walking sessions…

Apart from a rather lazy Friday, the weekend wasn't too bad as I was able to get out and walk Bruno our chocolate Labrador and clocked up 13.05 miles, Still think it might be tight for me to make the big 100 but I will certainly try!

You are spring chickens jeanniewes and 2ledbetter I'm older than both of you - but still think I'm 30 ha ha. It's only when the joints creak I stop and take stock! Stepped it up a bit since Monday and have added nearly 14 mls in three days so could still reach target. :D o:) Off to my spin class tonight so that should make…

Seems to me that a lot of us blew this week - it's very doubtful that I will make my goal, but any loss will be gratefully taken!

Bit of a mixed bag for me the last four days - my least active being yesterday when I was REALLY lazy - 0.61 mls ! Still cumulative over the four days sees an extra 12.13 mls added so I definitely need to getting moving for the second half of the month! -
-
Wow - so many of you will smash this challenge within two weeks let alone the month - puts me to shame! My fitbit battery dies on me yesterday so I lost around 5k steps, still nevermind. Together with 10th and 11th I added 8.34 -

Being a bit of a technophobe, can you tell me if these are free? Do I just go on to YouTube and search for these names?
-
Looking for friends that average 8 - 10k steps to take part in the challenges

How would this compare when taking part in a spin (group cycle) class? At the moment I move the fitbit one to my ankle and the rotations clock as steps
