Gruling day on the bike yesterday, 80 miles off road other than a mountain pass. Got my tan started off too

Ok it's been awhile. On the 'ticker' thing. When I put in say todays miles then it also resets previous logs too todays UNLESS I use a different ticker every day? I think that's correct? Anyway I changed the ticker a bit today...
TODAY I manage a walk with my girls and then a walk/run combination by myself...
today's total is 4 WALKING miles....
EXERCSIE BIKE MILES..........4.8

Gooooooood Tuesday morning, Milers! So I took a long weekend away from the office and I'm so delighted to see how our little group has become.... Not so little anymore! Jeannie, it's all you, woman!! You are just too addictive! And it wouldn't be right if I didn't give a shout out to my Gruff-man! As per the usual I am awed and inspired by your massive... numbers. HA!

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE and WELCOME too our 'newbies'...... Yes Boxerlover desk jobs are horrible for not getting much exercise. I was a Secretary for 32 years! I am more active NOW than I was years ago and I love it!
jesiann I did nothing but start the thread. I love it I am not actually walking mostly alone though...I love seeing all the progress everyone is doing.....
Will log my day a bit later. I did do another 1/2 mile walking last night but it started raining so that is why I only got in 1/2 mile. My girls hate being out in the rain! lol0 -

Our long, long Easter holiday gave my husband and me the chance to cycle in old familiar territory ... where we used to live. Miss that place!! And down here, the leaves are turned colour but there is still a lingering warmth. It's autumn.0 -
