Struggles or successes of your week: I was at 188.8 on Friday. I took this past week off of exercise and just restricted calories. I've put a little water weight back on but had a pretty good week. I had to buy a new belt this weekend. My old one was looking pretty bad and I didn't want to drill any more new holes0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: I had a great week! I stuck to my calories every day, drank TONS of water, and worked out six days last week. At night, I log everything for the next day. It takes a little planning, but it helps a lot and keeps me in line.
My biggest success of the week was surviving my first crawfish boil this past Saturday. I drank a lot of water to help with all of the extra sodium. I ate a little bit of everything and DID NOT have a beer. (I still don't know how the heck I ate crawfish without drinking a beer...it's kinda sacrilegious!)

Struggles or successes of your week: Working 12 hr shifts means being very careful with food and splitting calories between 2 lunches but saving enough for dinner when I get home. Love the little cuties for snacks. Congrats to all that made their goals. Great Job!0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: I am a little disappointed I didn't lose anything this week. I had some work meetings and eating out a few times might have staked my loss. I did lose a little and my waist and hips. Maybe next week it will show a loss.
